This Return & Refund Policy applies to physical products sold by AV Land Production LLC through av.land, payment links, invoices, or other approved sales channels.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
California advises consumers to review return policies before purchase, and when a store clearly displays a limited or no-refund policy, refunds and exchanges are generally not required by law.
1. Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund except in the case of a confirmed defect, confirmed production error by us, or a product materially different from the approved order:
- custom items
- personalized items
- made-to-order items
- 3D printed items
- printed apparel
- special-order items
- clearance or final sale items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- buyer’s remorse
- ordering the wrong size
- ordering the wrong color
- slight color variation
- normal manufacturing variation
- screen-to-product color differences
- normal 3D print layer lines or minor cosmetic variation
- misuse, improper installation, or damage after delivery
2. Non-Custom Returnable Items
If we offer a non-custom, non-personalized item that is not marked final sale, you may request a return only if:
- you contact us within 7 days of delivery
- the item is unused and in original condition
- the item is returned with original packaging where applicable
- the item is not damaged, worn, washed, altered, or installed
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the item
- clear photos of the packaging, if relevant
We reserve the right to choose the appropriate remedy, including replacement, repair, store credit, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation.
4. No Unauthorized Returns
Do not send any item back without written return authorization from us.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
5. Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor and the customer’s bank or card issuer.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
Because many products are custom or made to order, order changes or cancellations may not be possible once production, printing, fabrication, or fulfillment has begun.
If a cancellation request is approved before production starts, any non-recoverable fees, processing charges, design time, or special-order costs may still be deducted where permitted by law.
