These Shop Terms & Conditions (“Shop Terms”) govern the purchase of physical products sold by AV Land Production LLC through av.land, payment links, invoices, or other approved sales channels.
By placing an order, submitting payment, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Shop Terms.
1. Products Covered
These Shop Terms apply to products including, without limitation:
- 3D printed parts and accessories
- holders, mounts, organizers, brackets, and similar items
- custom fabricated or printed products
- shirts, hoodies, hats, and other apparel
- branded merchandise
- limited-run or made-to-order items
2. Orders and Acceptance
We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order for lawful reasons, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock limitations, production limitations, or inaccurate customer information.
Your order is not final until accepted by us.
3. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice until the order is accepted.
California’s Honest Pricing law generally requires advertised prices for most goods and services to include mandatory fees other than certain government taxes and shipping costs.
Applicable sales tax and shipping charges may be added at checkout where required.
4. Payment
Payments may be processed through Stripe, QuickBooks, or other approved methods. We do not store full payment card numbers on our website.
5. Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Many shop items may be custom, personalized, printed, fabricated, or made to order.
By ordering such an item, you agree that:
- you are responsible for reviewing your order details before purchase
- you are responsible for size, color, text, quantity, and customization selections entered by you
- mockups, renders, and screen previews are for general reference only
- slight variations in color, finish, scale, print placement, and material appearance may occur
- apparel sizing may vary slightly by garment brand or manufacturing tolerance
- 3D printed items may show normal layer lines, support marks, minor surface variation, and small dimensional tolerances inherent to the process
Those normal manufacturing variations do not make an item defective.
6. Product Use
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products sold by AV Land are intended for general consumer or organizational use only.
Unless a product page specifically says otherwise:
- products are not load-rated
- products are not certified for safety-critical use
- products should be used only as intended
- the customer is responsible for determining suitability for their intended use
Improper use, heat exposure, chemical exposure, impact, overloading, outdoor exposure, or incorrect installation may damage the product.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
The FTC says that if a seller does not state a shipping time, the seller generally must ship within 30 days after receiving the order information and payment authorization.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, address errors, customs issues, or other causes outside our reasonable control.
8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Shop Terms by reference.
California allows businesses to use clearly displayed limited or no-refund policies.
9. Chargebacks
Before starting a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact us first and give us a reasonable opportunity to review the issue.
We may use order records, tracking data, product photos, approval records, and communications to respond to disputes.
10. Artwork and Customer Content
If you provide logos, graphics, text, designs, or measurements, you represent that you have the right to use them.
You are responsible for customer-provided content and for ensuring it does not infringe the rights of others.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AV Land Production LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to the purchase or use of products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product at issue.
12. Governing Law
These Shop Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
