Audiences expect broadcast-level presentation quality whether they are in the ballroom, watching from a satellite office, or joining from another time zone. That expectation affects planning decisions well before load-in.
Corporate Event AV Trends: Production Is Becoming More Intentional
The most meaningful shift is not a single piece of equipment. It is the move from equipment-first planning to signal-flow-first planning. A screen, camera, playback computer, and streaming platform are only useful when the system connecting them has been designed, tested, and operated as one production.
This is particularly relevant when a program includes executive keynotes, panel discussions, live demos, sponsor content, remote contributors, and recorded sessions.
